We frequently get items out within 24 hours. We pack our items VERY well to prevent breakage and use extra paper and bubble wrap as needed. In the event an item is damaged in shipping, please contact us immediately. If we don't hear from you within 7 days of delivery, it will be your responsibility to file a claim for damage reimbursement with the post office.
